
8th grade Science students investigated genes, alleles, and mutations, then employed three types of genetic inheritance (dominant/recessive, incomplete dominance, and sex-linked,) along with acquired/learned traits, and environmental influences to develop profiles for four puppies in their "Canine Family Tree" project.

Food Prep students are concluding their Egg Unit with a prepared dish of their choice.

11th and 12th-grade students in Ms. G's Advisory put on a Valentine's Day phone booth to spread friendly cheer to their classmates.









Interact Club students created heartfelt Valentine's Day messages for SBRSD staff.







Mount Everett classrooms were filled with music and laughter today as 11th and 12th-grade advisory students serenaded their classmates with songs of love in time for Valentine's Day. This project was developed by students as a way to spread some friendly cheer and perhaps brighten someone's day.

To deepen their understanding of the language and culture, Mount Everett Spanish students had a Latin dance lesson in class last week from visiting artist, Luana Dias David.




8th graders experimented with aging techniques as they created their own Declaration of Independence documents in Social Studies.

UME Kindergarten students celebrated the 100th day of school by counting out 100 Froot Loops. They practiced counting by 1s, 5s, and 10s to get to 100. After they counted out 100 Froot Loops, students enjoyed their 100th-day treat.

Last night Mount Everett honored three incredible seniors at the boys basketball game. Congratulations to Tonilyn, Michael, and Aiden! We're so proud of everything you've accomplished and excited to see what the future holds!










Mrs. Dunn’s second-grade class at NMC held a 100th Day of School Museum where each student made a piece to display for parents, friends, and others to see!
