Mount Everett's Fall Pep Rally











This week Mount Everett students helped to set up, organize, photograph, and edit SBRSD school portraits and sports photographs. This service learning endeavor is a great way for students to experience working in the field of photography, while also giving back to their community. Your school portraits are almost ready and will be emailed soon!



Creative and vocational endeavors aren't hard to come by at Mount Everett. Students in Ms. Gott's Culinary class have been practicing knife skills and learned proper poultry cutting and handling using the Spatchcock method. Ms. Graham's Ceramics class has been using surface techniques while creating pinch pots. Mr. VonRuden's Building class has been practicing the safe handling of wood-cutting tools.

Girls Soccer had a 2-2 tie vs. Hoosac Valley High School this morning with goals from Ainsley and Chevelle.

Photography students have been preparing the studio for Fall Sports Media Days which begin next week. Check with your coach for your team's photo shoot.


Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms have both been learning about the life cycle of the butterfly and have even released some monarchs after they emerged from their chrysalises.

Rain Dates may be implemented and could be a last-minute decision based on the weather.


SBPHC will be offering Flu Clinics at Mount Everett and NMC schools on the respective dates.



Yesterday's Boys Soccer matches ended with a win for JV and 0-0 tie at half-time before the storm curtailed Varsity play. Come out to see both the Boys and Girls Soccer teams compete against the Spartans today!
