We have ensured that all administrators, faculty, and staff at SBRSD have received detailed guidance and are adhering to all state recommendations and guidelines. We will continue to monitor any resources and information that becomes available and share them with families when appropriate.

  • All students are entitled to equal access to free public education.

  • School districts are required to enroll all school-aged children who reside in the district regardless of immigration status.

  • Under (FERPA), schools are prohibited from giving a student’s personally identifiable information contained in education records to third parties, including ICE agents.
