The Mount Everett Baseball teams are guided by the values that drive all of our athletic programs. We offer a twenty-game schedule for both the varsity and junior varsity teams, as well as a modified 7th and 8th grade team schedule in some years.

The last seven years have seen the strongest teams in recent memory; the team has qualified for the last seven Western Massachusetts post-season tournaments. This included trips to the quarterfinal rounds of the tournament in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 and to the semifinals in 2006. The 2009 team finished with the best regular season baseball record at 16-3, with 17 victories overall, which stands as a school record in baseball.

The coaching staff consists of head varsity coach Jesse Carpenter (class of 1992, Mount Everett varsity baseball team member 1989-1992), JV coach Dan Lanoue (1991, 1988-1991), and assistants Chuck Higgins (1964, 1962-1964), Josh King (2000, 1997-2000), and Matt Chrzanowski. Coach Carpenter is in his seventh year as head coach, after assisting previous coach John Martin for two years and coaching the varsity softball team for two years. Coach Lanoue is in his fifth year as JV coach. Coach Higgins was also the head varsity baseball coach from 1992-1996, and has been an assistant coach at Mount Everett for almost 20 years.
